About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer who will process and manage internal sales and issues relating to the allocation and delivery of the Daikin products. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Prepare & capture sales order details into SAP system platform.
* Maintain accurate and timely delivery orders.
* Enter and action on changes to customer orders.
* Improving & maintaining positive customer relationships.
This role offers flexible selection of shifts between 8AM – 4PM or 9AM – 5PM shifts between Monday to Friday continuously offering onsite training & on-going development.
About you
* Looking for an individual with strong willingness to learn & growth professionally
* Previous experience with data entry and/or administration would be ideally
* Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
* Attention to details & ability to work in a fast pace environment
* Experience with using outlook, salesforce and/or SAP will be ideally but are not essential
* Collaborative work environment fostering a positive team culture.
