Lead Data Resilience Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Resilience Specialist to drive our data resilience and incident management initiatives.
* This role is critical in ensuring the trustworthiness and accessibility of our data, which underpins our business operations.
About the Role
This challenging position involves designing and implementing enterprise-wide frameworks for identifying, assessing, managing, and resolving data incidents.
You will develop and lead initiatives to enhance data resilience through proactive risk identification, scenario planning, and recovery strategies.
The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for reporting data incidents and communicating with internal stakeholders.
This position requires strong leadership skills to coordinate across data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, legal, and business units during incident response.
You will establish and monitor critical metrics for data incident management and resilience.
This role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing team passionate about data incident response and resilience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A deep understanding of data management technologies and standard methodologies.
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with data incident management tools and platforms.
* A practical understanding of data analytics architecture and data lifecycle management.
* Certifications in risk, data governance, or incident response are a plus.
* Outstanding knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management.
