Purchasing Administrator Required - South Eastern suburbs - Innovative Organisation
**Your new company**
Located in the South Eastern Suburbs, this product-based organisation services a large number of organisations across the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Their products are innovative and continually evolving to meet their customers needs.
**Your new role**
Reporting directly to the Product Manager, main duties will include:
- Updating of product files and orders
- Entering orders and produce details into SAP
- Receipting of incoming stock
- Raising purchase orders
- Maintaining and updating pricing files
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous experience in a purchasing administration role, within a produce-based environment. You will have previous experience with SAP or a similar ERP system and have an intermediate knowledge of Excel. Your attention to detail and process driven approach are essential qualities along with your excellent written and verbal communication skills.
