Insurance Claims Manager
The role of an Insurance Claims Manager is to oversee the entire claims process, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that claims are settled fairly and efficiently. This involves proactively managing a varied portfolio of strata and homeowner claims, as well as other lines of business such as healthcare and liability claims.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Strong Analytical Skills
You will need to be able to thoroughly evaluate claims to determine policy coverage, and skillfully negotiate favorable outcomes for insurer clients.
Excellent Communication Skills
You will need to be able to effectively collaborate and partner with clients, repairers, assessors and other external stakeholders, including insurers, to ensure that client interests are protected in claims.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
As an Insurance Claims Manager, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
