Villa Maria Eastern Heights is seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Manager to lead our 100-bed residential aged care home in Ipswich. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven organisation committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive, person-centred environment.
As the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the home. You will inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of clinical care, resident wellbeing, and regulatory compliance. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 2 Care Managers, Administration Manager, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, and Operational teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
* Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
* Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
What you'll bring:
* Bachelor or Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes
* Proven leadership in aged care operations, including rostering and financial oversight
