**The Company**
Our client is a reputable company within the R&D industry who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this fully remote role, you will have the change to choose between multiple opportunities of working hours of either 12:30-4:30pm, 2:30-8:30pm, or 4:30-8:30pm. You will also receive a training for the role.
**The Role**
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven Customer Service experience with key responsibilities including:
- Outbound calls (cold calling).
- Customer service.
- Conduct surveys on behalf of a variety of clients.
- Data entry.
**About You**
To be successful in the role, you will be an exceptional communicator on all levels, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment. You will need your own device and headset.
