Sous Chef Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen and delivering exceptional dining experiences at our Busselton Pavilion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety protocols in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
* Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a similar hospitality setting.
* Proven track record of successfully supporting Head Chefs in leading kitchens.
* Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
