Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day caretaking duties across five residential buildings and terrace homes
* Identify and diagnose basic maintenance issues, coordinating trades where required
* Liaise with tenants, body corporate representatives, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor building presentation, security, and compliance standards
* Attend body corporate meetings as required
* Maintain records and task management using MyBos software
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property or hotel/hospitality with guest services and basic maintenance exposure
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work onsite 5 days per week and respond to occasional emergencies
* Comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders including residents, contractors, and body corporate
* Car required for emergency callouts (free parking provided onsite)
