This is a great opportunity for a HR Generalist with experience in the health and/or community sector to join a well-regarded and complex community services organisation as a HR Generalist. You will work closely with the HR Manager to provide an extra pair of hands on an initial fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend.
Offices are based in the Northern suburbs. Full-time or part time hours - work around your schedule. Competitive salary, hybrid working.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide operational advice to managers and employees
- Build manager capability through coaching and advice during the employee lifecycle including recruitment, succession planning and issue resolution
- Performance/conduct management
- Participate in workforce planning
- Policy review and implementation
**Key skills required**:
- Relevant hands-on experience within HR coupled with tertiary education
- Experience within the community and/or health sector
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Strong systems skills, including MS Office. Experience with Workday is a bonus
- Self-driven approach and excellent attention to detail
