About the Role
This position involves leading strategic initiatives across various business functions to drive growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, with a proven track record of successful M&A transactions and strategic initiatives.
The key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities, developing financial models and synergy projections, driving negotiations and deal execution, and partnering with third-party advisors. Additionally, the role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement network optimization, automation integration, e-commerce enablement, last-mile delivery expansion, and technology adoption.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration of acquired companies, establishing integration playbooks and KPIs, and monitoring post-deal performance and value realization. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
