Wesco Anixter is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Loganholme branch team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys a strong working team environment.
Responsibilities
This is a frontline role that directly impacts the customer experience and involves a variety of tasks, including:
1. Processing sales orders (via emailed purchase orders, counter and phone)
2. Serving customers at the Trade Counter and via phone/email
3. Responding to product, pricing, order, and account enquiries
4. Preparing accurate quotes based on customer needs
5. Coordinating with operations, purchasing, and accounts teams
6. Managing returns, backorders, and stock requests
About You
