We are now seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of site‐based installation delivery across a range of commercial and industrial projects.
Role Responsibilities
As an HVAC Installation Supervisor at Jaymel, you will be the onsite leader responsible for delivering projects from commencement through to commissioning and handover.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard, while coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and site requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Project Planning & Setup
* Installation Delivery (First & Second Fix)
* Post‐Completion
* Safety & Compliance
Skills & Experience
We are seeking a professional who can effectively lead site‐based installation activities while maintaining strong coordination with the broader project team and stakeholders.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in HVAC installation (commercial/industrial preferred)
* Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and site coordination
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
* Strong communication and problem‐solving capabilities
* A proactive, accountable, and solutions‐focused approach
* Commitment to safety and compliance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current Driver's Licence
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Strong knowledge of installation practices and site safety
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
