AMR College is seeking an experienced Assistant Administration Manager to join our dynamic team at Absolute Medical Response, where we deliver nationally recognised training across Units of Competency and Certificate II, III, IV, and Diploma qualifications.
About the Role
As an Assistant Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to both potential and current students. You will assist with enrolments, student enquiries, compliance documentation, and general administration tasks, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage student enrolments, enquiries, and course information.
* Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with RTO standards.
* Support trainers and assessors with administrative tasks, including scheduling and resource preparation.
* Provide exceptional customer service to students, employers, and stakeholders.
* Process training-related documentation, including assessments, certificates, and reports.
* Assist in coordinating workshops, webinars, and student support services.
* Ensure compliance with ASQA, VET Student Loansand other regulatory requirements.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* A can-do attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to support and guide students.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems, such as eSkilled and Canvas.
* Diploma or Bachelor's in a relevant field
* Understanding of the VET sector and RTO compliance (desirable but not essential).
