HR Advisor – Role Statement (Level 3)
As an HR Advisor you will support the delivery of timely and accurate recruitment services with a strong focus on customer-service; ensuring that hiring managers and candidates alike receive clear information and a positive experience at every step. With a strong attention to detail you will maintain records and be a key point of contact for day-to-day enquiries.
HR Consultant – Role Statement (Level 4)
As an HR Consultant you will provide high-quality support across a broad range of recruitment matters; contributing to consistent, best‑practice service delivery across the organisation. You will apply HR policy and legislation to support informed, compliant decisions throughout the recruitment process. By providing guidance and sharing knowledge with HR Advisors, you will help strengthen capability and drive ongoing improvement in recruitment practice.

You communicate with clarity and empathy and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels; contributing to a positive team culture focused on great outcomes. Through demonstrating initiative and curiosity, you continuously improve how you work. You are organised and adaptable and can navigate competing priorities with confidence whether working independently or within a collaborative team; ensuring recruitment outcomes are delivered with consistency.
