Lead Cyber Security Analyst - Strategic Risk Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cyber Security Analyst to join our team as a Strategic Risk Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving certification, risk, compliance, and reporting across complex ICT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert cyber security advice focused on certification, risk, compliance, and reporting for critical business systems.
* Lead the development of high-quality security artefacts, including Risk Assessments, System Security Plans, and related documentation.
* Offer technical leadership on security controls for systems, ensuring alignment with government security standards and policy.
* Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including other agencies, service providers, and contracted entities, to support system authorisation activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven knowledge of key security standards such as PSPM, ISM, and the Essential Eight (mandatory).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in complex ICT environments with multiple service providers, plus professional experience in information security and/or risk assessments.
* Demonstrated cloud security experience and ability to assess and manage risk in cloud and hybrid environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead a section, provide expert advice, and produce clear, high-quality security documentation.
