We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to deliver top-notch technical support both on-site and remotely.
Key Requirements
* Prior experience in Desktop Support or Field Services, handling both Level 1 and Level 2 issues.
* At least 2 years of experience in a complex enterprise environment.
* Detailed knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS Exchange, MS Office, SCCM, Active Directory & Group Policy, and IT peripherals.
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
