We are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter with a strong background in Agricultural and Industrial machinery/attachments to join our team on a full time basis at our Toowoomba Facility.
As a Spare Parts Interpreter you will be responsible for interpreting and understanding customer inquiries - providing accurate information and guidance to ensure the right spare parts are identified and supplied.
Your key responsibilities:
* Provide pricing and availability of parts along with technical assistance to customers in person, over the phone and by email
* Coordinate dispatch of orders in an efficient and timely manner - completing invoicing and freight arrangements as required
* Maintain regular communications with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock requirements
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal managers
* Assist in the management and maintenance of accurate inventory control and record keeping
About you:
* Experience within the Agricultural and or Industrial Machinery sectors
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment
* Strong time management & organisational skills
* Display a positive attitude and work ethic
