CoAdvantage is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth by generating qualified sales opportunities through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. This role is responsible for consistently hitting daily activity goals, setting qualified appointments, and creating a strong first impression for prospective clients.
The ideal candidate is coachable, competitive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple lead sources and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 80 outbound calls per day to targeted prospects using company tools and call lists
* Conduct discovery conversations to identify needs, qualify prospects, and generate interest
* Set qualified Initial Appointments (IAs) for the sales team
* Maintain consistent follow-up cadence through calls, voicemails, and messaging
* Work all inbound leads assigned, including:
* Marketing-generated inbound leads
* Inbound phone calls
* Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries
* Qualify inbound prospects and schedule IAs based on fitness and readiness
* Ensure clean lead routing, follow-up, and communication throughout the process
* Accurately log all activity, notes, and next steps in Salesforce
* Utilize Gong to review calls, improve talk tracks, and apply coaching feedback
* Use Nextiva for outbound and inbound calling and call management
* Maintain organized pipeline activity and follow-up tasks to ensure no lead is missed
* Performance Expectations / KPIs
* 80 outbound calls per day
* Consistent and timely follow-up on all inbound leads assigned
Qualifications
Required
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections
* Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a high-activity role
* Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic
Preferred
* 6+ months experience in sales, SDR/BDR, call center, or customer-facing role
* Experience using Salesforce, Gong, and/or Nextiva
* Familiarity with outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
