Chefs will craft premium dishes using high-quality ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Crafting à la carte and buffet dishes with creative flair.
* Maintaining exceptional standards in food safety, presentation, and quality control.
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding service and support sustainable kitchen operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery + Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Experience in production, buffet or à la carte cooking.
* Proven passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and providing outstanding customer service.
* Flexibility across various shifts and meeting performance expectations.
* ASIC clearance (we will arrange this for you).
