About the role This Construction Supervisor position is responsible for managing residential builds from start to finish, typically overseeing 15-20 homes at once. You will take full ownership of build schedules, timeframes, customer communication and site outcomes. The business offers flexibility around how you structure your day - whether on site, in the office, or completing admin from home - provided jobs run on time and clients are well-supported. This role suits someone experienced, organised and confident overseeing a high-volume workload. Tasks & Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end delivery of all assigned builds * Oversee 15-20 concurrent jobs across SEQ * Control build schedules, sequencing and timelines * Coordinate trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders * Maintain site quality, safety and compliance * Deliver strong customer service throughout the project lifecycle * Attend team meetings, training sessions and company events Skills & Experience * Proven experience supervising residential construction (at least 5 years) * Strong understanding of the full build process * Ability to manage high volumes with strict timeframes * Construction background or trade history preferred * MUST hold a valid QBCC Building Licence * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills * Able to work autonomously with accountability for outcomes Benefits & Perks * $120K-$130K Super Company Vehicle * Flexible schedule - core hours approx. 7:30am-4:30pm with half-day Fridays * Freedom to manage your own time and admin location * Monthly breakfast, quarterly events, regular training and supplier perks * Join a growing builder with long-term stability and expanding workload About us Need recruitment support?
