Product Specialist - Automotive/Energy/Battery Sector - Brisbane

Are you an experienced product specialist with a passion for end to end project management? Our client is seeking a Product Specialist to join their Brisbane based team. You may come from the automotive, 4wd, outdoors battery or related sectors, but a passion for all things technical is a must!
Our client designs and delivers cutting-edge power systems for a range of industries. They value practical know-how, and the ability to connect with internal and external stakeholders and bring them on the journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Project Management - working with teams to ensure product development and sourcing activities are managed to meet product launch timelines
- Product validation - inspection of products to support PPAP and work with engineering and sales teams to improve product offerings
- Work with marketing teams, manage budgets and develop pricing strategies
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in technical/product support, or electrical systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Practical knowledge of 12V/24V systems, solar, and battery technologies
- Sound project management experience - Agile, Scrum methodologies highly regarded
- A calm and collaborative spirit and a sense of pride in your work
