We have partnered with a reputable Transport and Logistics company to recruit an experienced Transport Administrator.
The Opportunity
This is a temporary opportunity from mid-January 2025 to April 2025, working a rotating roster Monday to Friday. The working hours are between 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am.
As a Transport Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Transport & Distribution team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and dispatch transport documentation.
* Update orders, including pallets and customer details.
* Scan documents as required.
* Raise Pallet dockets in 2IC software.
* Liaise with local and line haul drivers.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in Transport Operations.
* Prior experience with SAP software is advantageous.
* Fast and accurate data entry skills.
* A strong attention to detail.
* A willingness to go above and beyond your duties.
* A strong work ethic.
* Reliability and self-motivation.
* A high standard of work.
