Home Care Employee
This is a flexible role that provides essential support to older members of the community. As a Home Care Employee, you will work independently to deliver personalized services to clients in their homes and out in the community.
* Deliver Personalized Services:
* Personal care
* Medication assistance
* Light meal preparation
* Domestic tasks
* Transport to and from appointments
You will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients. With a warm and compassionate approach, you will follow individualised care plans to provide respectful, attentive support that promotes your clients' dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III / IV in Individual Support or Aged Care
* Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
* An energetic, positive attitude with a genuine interest in and compassion for people
* Professional experience in the care sector
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
* The ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely
* Basic computer & phone skills with willingness to undergo training if needed
* A Drivers Licence and own registered, comprehensively vehicle suitable to transport clients
