Gemini Rockhampton's facility is the largest operational repair centre in Northern Queensland, offering a full range of repair services under one roof. With state-of-the-art facilities, including two spray booths and two Car-O-Liner systems, we’re proud to provide top-notch services with effective process management. Our 20-strong team is growing, and we’re committed to maintaining a positive, supportive team culture.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Gemini Rockhampton.

This role will be full-time, 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

- Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
- Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
