Responsibilities
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance a guest's day.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, work on the front lines to keep standards sky‐high and create a memorable experience.
* Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You're a team player motivated to create magic for guests and teammates.
* You have a current RSA certificate and adaptable availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset.
