Royal Hotel in Camden is looking for a Sous Chef who will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with dedicated Head Chefs and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. We are looking for outstanding Sous Chefs who have experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food.
You
* Minimum 3–5 years experience in a professional environment
* Minimum 12 months of experience in the Sous Chef role
* The skill to create menus that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identity
* Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
* Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation
* Hold a minimum Cert IV in Commercial Cookery qualification or trade experience equivalent
* Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
* Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
* You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate
