Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned oil & gas customers
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Support job planning, execution, and post-job reviews
* Manage rental tools from mobilization through demobilization
* Ensure correct application of rental start/stop dates, transit days, and free-rental periods
* Monitor tools in the field to prevent unbilled or under-billed rental time
* Coordinate off-rent notifications and tool returns
* Review and manage POs, pricing, and contract terms
* Liaise with operations, logistics, and field service teams
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and resolve billing disputes
* Manage customer escalations and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or oilfield services
* 2–5 years' experience in account management, sales, or operations within oil & gas
* Strong understanding of rental tools, equipment, or oilfield services
* Experience managing POs, contracts, and rental billing
