Plant Mechanic / Mobile Plant Maintenance Technician (Earthmoving) About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and skilled plant mechanic to maintain our earthmoving equipment in optimal condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks, including inspections, greasing, fluids checks, and leak detection. The role also involves scheduled servicing every 250 hours, which includes minor services, consumable replacements, checks, and adjustments. Additionally, the plant mechanic will be required to perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on hydraulic systems, undercarriage/track systems, cooling systems, and electrical components as necessary.
