The role will be based in Australia or New Zealand, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days in an office and 3 days remote.

About the Role
Leadership: Manager – Geoff Sutton, Director Microsoft Success APAC (Brisbane)
Key support function within the sales organization, collaborating across ANZ teams.
Articulate and drive business value with Microsoft Azure solutions.
Collaborate with internal departments and customers to meet technical and solution needs.
Responsibilities
Lead Azure conversations with organizational decision makers to support licensing and professional services opportunities.
Provide technical expertise for client discussions and internal initiatives.
Understand clients' business objectives and technical needs to scope projects and propose solutions.
Manage multiple engagements autonomously, coordinating stakeholders, administrative duties, and additional responsibilities.
Work with sales teams on Azure pricing and architectural negotiations.
Promote unified tools and proposals for consistent messaging to Insight customers.
Contribute to a healthy team culture and share expertise with peers.
Qualifications
Strong Azure services and solution architecture knowledge.
Experience guiding cloud migration and adoption activities.
Expertise in cloud security, identity and access management, and secure solution design.
Knowledge of networking, virtualization, business continuity, disaster recovery, data platforms, and governance.
Ability to define and present roadmaps that translate technology into business value and ROI.
Design solutions for scalability and performance.
Thought leadership experience; ability to meet client needs and deliver results.
Experience leading client engagements with senior stakeholders.
Governance, change management, and adoption concept familiarity.
Deep knowledge of Azure services, pricing tiers, and features.
Successful pre-sales record and influence on client decision makers.
Project delivery, autonomy, and time-management skills.
Experience in technical roles within managed services environment (desired).
Broad Azure cloud offering knowledge.
Relevant Microsoft certifications and program knowledge (desired).
Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
