About the role:
Operating within a small Talent Acquisition team, as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll provide specialist advice and support to hiring managers in managing their talent attraction, sourcing and assessment processes efficiently and effectively in accordance with the university's policy and guidelines and contemporary practice.
Working closely with clients to gain an understanding of business requirements aligned to strategy and the university's workforce profile, you'll also identify talent pipelines, sourcing and advertising strategies and produce engaging and informative communications to attract robust candidates who are aligned to work within a Mission based, educational environment.
Ideally the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to adapt, develop and provide strategically aligned recruitment solutions and outcomes.
Previous experience in recruiting in corporate services including IT, Finance, HR and Marketing will be highly regarded.

- Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,383 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
