As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients in their homes and communities, promoting independence and empowering them to live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with our allocations team to ensure seamless delivery of services, adhering to NDIS compliance requirements and maintaining a positive client experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct, Incident Management, and Quality and Safeguards practice standards. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, organized, and flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a casual employment opportunity that requires flexibility Sunday-Saturday and the ability to commute or relocate to the Ballarat VIC area. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure their success in this rewarding role.

* Evident experience in Disability Care and the NDIS
