About The Company
Our client, is an award-winning bookkeeping and administration services provider supporting small and medium-sized businesses. The company works with a diverse range of clients from sole traders through to businesses with over 100 employees, providing tailored bookkeeping, payroll and financial administration services.
About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Business Owner, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders regarding bookkeeping and payroll matters
* Manage bookkeeping and payroll services across multiple client businesses
* Supervising and coordinating offshore support staff based in the Philippines
* Supporting implementation of new bookkeeping systems and technology
* Managing complex payroll processing for multiple client businesses
* Using Xero and MYOB accounting systems to manage accounts
This position is office-based in Jerrabomberra, with potential hybrid flexibility after probation.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* 3–5+ years experience in bookkeeping or payroll
* Strong communication & client relationship skills
* A background working with small businesses
* Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
* A coachable attitude and willingness to learn
* Experience using Xero and MYOB
Experience working with multiple clients or businesses will be highly regarded.
