This role offers an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, the opportunity to join a leading dealership, with a strong reputation in the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the Used Vehicle Sales Department
- Gaining business from new and existing customers
- Active vehicle sales
- Ensuring department meets KPI's
- Monitoring used vehicle sales revenue, margin and expense performance
- Ensuring that top customer service is delivered to all customers
- Oversee vehicle reconditioning
- Oversee negotiations between sales staff and customers
- Stock presentation and inventory control
- Aim to achieve required CSI levels
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, within a dealership environment. The candidate must have a passion for what they do and be driven to deliver top results in all aspects of the department. You must a hold a current drivers licence, and a vehicle sales licence will be highly desired.
In return you will join a supportive, long-standing dealership. A good remuneration package is on offer, made up of a retainer + a fantastic, uncapped commission structure.
