About The Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about guiding people at the start of their careers while also bringing strong management and stakeholder engagement skills. You'll be a key connector between early careers employees, leaders, and external partners, making sure the program creates lasting impact for individuals and the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the way – take ownership of the early careers program, from recruitment and onboarding through to rotations, learning initiatives, and evaluation.
* Be a mentor and guide – support program participants with coaching and care that builds confidence, capability, and wellbeing at the start of their careers.
* Grow strong connections – partner with stakeholders across the business, as well as external partners, to build lasting relationships and opportunities.
* Unlock potential – work closely with managers, mentors, and program coaches to ensure participants have meaningful experiences.
* Shine a spotlight – help promote the program and showcase its impact, attracting high-quality talent into the business.
* Growth – track outcomes, share insights, and champion ideas for continuous improvement.
* Shape the future workforce – manage program alignment with workforce planning needs to support long-term business success.
About You
You're passionate about shaping early career pathways and bring both the people skills to inspire and support emerging talent, and expertise in managing activities.
We're looking for someone who has:
* A genuine passion for early careers and the confidence to champion the program.
* A degree in Human Resource Management (or similar) or equivalent experience.
* Strong project management skills—comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation and with external partners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and inspire.
* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to find practical solutions to challenges.
* Previous experience managing graduate, internship, or early careers programs (or similar) and/or experience in learning or Organisational Development roles will be highly regarded.
