Job Title:
IT Support and Data Analyst
About the Role:
This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate or a 1st or 2nd year help-desk professional looking to add data analytics and reporting experience to their career path.
Key Responsibilities:
* In-house & onsite IT support for hardware, applications, and systems across the business
* Process & Workflow Documentation - analyse and map out processes, recommend enhancements and provide training
* Report & Analytics - contribute to data ETL solutions and analysis using Excel and Power Query/Automate
* Stakeholder Management - liaison between IT department, Helpdesk and internal stakeholders
About You:
* Experience with databases in platforms like MSSQL, MySQL
* Experience in Python, JavaScript and other associated frameworks is an advantage
* Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Problem-solving skills with a keen interest in technology for automation and efficiency
