An Australian beverage company are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their supply chain team to manage their client orders.
The role
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the order management life-cycle from point of order through to delivery to the client. Your role will involve working closely with Operations, VRPs, 3pl and multiple Warehouses so you will get some valuable exposure to different departments across the business.
Good excel skills are required for this role as you will be responsible for some reporting along with:
Processing of daily orders
Booking transportation and freight collections
Liaising with customer Vendor Replenishment Planners
Monitor inventory and stock management
Manage eCommerce platform
Problem solving and dealing with any issues such as stock shortages and missing orders
About you
To be successful for this role you will have previous Customer Service experience either working in an office or supply chain environment.
