Overview An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced General Hand/Trimmer (training provided) Processing Assistant to join our Processing Team in South Fremantle.
No formal education is required, so it's an accessible career, provided you have relevant experience.
Successful candidate must have good experience in processing and managing seafood, stock rotation and must be a good team player.
The successful individual will need to be available for night shift Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 5am Your day-to-day routine will look something like this: Working with freshly caught fish of various kinds Skin fish Pin Bone fish Clear fish Safe food handling practices Stock control of product processed Maintain the tools and equipment you'll be using including knives and other equipment.
Cleaning and trimming the carcasses to prepare them for the rest of the processing operation Other duties as assigned by the manager Night shift Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 5am All about you Experience in seafood processing Must be looking for long term employment Previous Experience in working night shifts Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
