Summary:Avanade is seeking a Managed Services SharePoint & Power Platform support engineer; you will be part of our Managed Services Team delivering Microsoft technologies and implementations in enterprise environments. You will use your expertise to deliver support to innovative and tailored solutions that focus on the SharePoint integration and leverage Teams, SharePoint and VIVA to meet our clients' needs and maximise their return on investment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting large-scale Microsoft / Office 365 deployments, performing support and platform evolution activities. Configure, and operate Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related workloads Implement and maintain identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, roles, conditional access, and MFA Implement and support information protection, compliance, and security controls across M365 and Azure Maintain technical documentation including configurations, operational procedures, and as-built records Support audits, assurance activities, and compliance reporting as required.
