Flexible Contract Role for Experienced PBS Practitioners
We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team in Perth.
This role is designed for practitioners who want the freedom of contracting while still benefiting from being part of a supportive, experienced team. You will have the flexibility to choose and manage your own caseload, structure your schedule, and work independently while still receiving clinical supervision, peer support, and administrative assistance.
This is an ideal opportunity for practitioners who want to focus on quality behaviour support work without the isolation that can come with sole contracting.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
* Develop and implement NDIS-compliant Positive Behaviour Support Plans
* Work collaboratively with participants, families, support staff, and allied health professionals
* Provide training and coaching to support teams
* Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
* Monitor outcomes and review behaviour support strategies

About You
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Analysis, or a related discipline
* NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration - essential
* At least six months experience in a PBS role
* Experience developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
* Strong understanding of restrictive practice authorisation and reporting requirements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
