Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled banking professional to join our team. As a Banking Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting customers' end-to-end financial needs.
Your primary focus will be on providing personalized service, ensuring seamless transaction activities, and educating customers on digital solutions. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer focus, retail experience, and strong communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience using different digital channels and be willing to adapt to change and ambiguity.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless branch experiences for customers.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and deliver customer value.
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
* Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
In order to grow and succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
* Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
* Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Sound understanding of compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
