Overview
Project Manager/Business Analyst:
* Initial 3 months contract with chance of extension
* Based in Perth
* Work with the leading client
We are seeking for Project Manager/Business Analyst who has demonstrated experience performing project management and business analysis roles on complex enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitates the execution of the retailer agreement documentation for new, relocating outlets, sale of business and existing retailers, ensuring compliance with regulatory business requirements.
* Lead requirements gathering, definition, prioritisation and documentation across business units
* Engage and facilitate stakeholders including executives, directors, managers and subject matter experts
* Prepare high-quality procurement documentation (EOI, RFT), including functional/technical requirements, evaluation criteria and supporting schedules
* Manage and coordinate the end-to-end procurement process in collaboration with senior stakeholders, ensuring governance, probity and transparency.
* Prepare briefing papers, options analyses and recommendations for executive and council-level decision making.
Essential Selection Criteria
* Strong working knowledge of project management and business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, BABOK)
* Experience with ERP or large-scale enterprise software initiatives, including system selection and/or implementation
* Translate business needs into clear functional, non-functional and technical requirements suitable for market engagement
* Ability to assess ERP solutions from a fit-for-purpose, integration and TCO perspective.
* Understanding of public sector procurement, governance and probity requirements.
