As a key member of our front-line team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and delivering efficient administration and reception services.
* Provide professional, customer-focused reception and switchboard services to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
* Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and equipment scheduling to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays.
* Maintain accurate client records and assist with medical record systems to guarantee data integrity and compliance.
* Deliver high-quality clerical support including word processing, data entry, correspondence, and filing to enhance operational efficiency.
* Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental planning to drive excellence in service delivery.
