 
        
        This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm that has been operating in Ipswich for over 25 years.
Our firm provides clients with a wide range of business, tax, accounting, financial planning and consulting services with clients ranging from individuals to small companies spanning across many varied industries.
Role:
- Answering telephone calls, emails & reception enquiries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Maintain usage of our Client Portal & Handisoft programs
- Collection of information and documentation from our clients
- Assist with preparing collated documents to present to clients
- Communication with clients, suppliers and ATO
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Manage and prioritise daily office tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in the accounting industry would be highly regarded, however we are happy to train the right person
- Meticulous attention to detail, an exceptional phone manner and a positive attitude
- Have a pleasant, happy personality and be well presented
- Capacity to manage workflow priorities and perform effectively under pressure
- Proficient written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management skills and be able to work alone and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Have a minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role
- Be available to work Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm for a 9 day fortnight
- Be available for an immediate start
