Sitting on over 40 years of success, they are continuing to see an increase in demand and grow, and so are looking for a Customer Support and Administration whiz to join their operations.
About the Role
Working within a nationwide team of 9, this role will provide efficient and effective assistance when processing B2B orders in the system (Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and assisting to customer enquiries regarding their orders.
This role is 50% phones based, 50% database management.
Duties
Some of your duties & responsibilities will include:
Provide exceptional customer service when processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries
Process customer orders via Salesforce and Business Central
Ensure appropriate response to customer requests, queries, complaints, or issues
Liaise with other parts of the business (e.g., warehouse & finance) to keep customers updated on any changes to the expected arrival of their goods
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
Previous experience working in a high-volume Customer + Administration support role (phones and email)
Previous experience with processing orders - highly desirable
Previous experience with Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics 365 Business Central - highly desirable
Be immediately available to start!
