Accounting Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
About the Role
* Tax Returns and Financial Statements: Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Tax Planning and Advisory Work: Assist clients with tax planning and business advisory work, providing expert advice on how to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profitability.
* Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear and practical advice on all aspects of their financial affairs.
* Communication and Compliance: Communicate effectively with the ATO and other regulatory bodies, ensuring that all client matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
* Team Support: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Workflow Efficiency: Utilize industry-leading software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
* Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
