Overview We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in HR, accounting, Excel (including PowerQuery), and remuneration analysis.
Key responsibilities Remuneration Review & Analysis: Conduct annual reviews of salary scales across 100+ overseas missions, apply market intelligence, address complex location challenges, and ensure strategic alignment.Model Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the Excel-based remuneration analysis model, perform data rollovers, validate formulas, and improve usability.Data Management: Ensure accuracy and centralisation of data inputs, document methodologies, and manage data sharing arrangements.Market Data Procurement: Source high-quality remuneration data from external suppliers and integrate it into comparative analyses.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with overseas mission staff to incorporate local context into decisions and provide strategic advice.Survey Coordination: Manage annual data surveys across missions to ensure timely and accurate collection.Strategic Advice & Quality Assurance: Offer professional advice on remuneration strategy, conduct quality assurance reviews, and manage risks related to data integrity.Professional Collaboration: Represent the organisation in engagements with external providers and stakeholders to resolve complex assessments.
