Job Summary
The Director of Marketing - Advertising & Public Relations will oversee strategic marketing and brand management for our resort.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing marketing plans to enhance our brand image through media and public relations efforts
* Managing advertising and digital media campaigns
* Leading marketing teams and collaborating with senior leadership
* Coordinating with various departments and agencies
* Managing budgets and resources
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising
* At least 7 years of experience in Advertising, PR, Casino Marketing, or Communications
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Work Environment
This role will be based in a climate-controlled office environment, with occasional exposure to casino-related factors such as secondhand smoke, noise, and crowds.
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates who are Native American, especially Seminole Tribe members. Final candidates must pass background checks and obtain gaming licensure.
