Are you a passionate Head Chef with strong leadership skills and a genuine care for supporting older Australians through nutritious, comforting meals? If you're dreaming of a lifestyle change, this is your chance. We're seeking a hands‐on Chef Manager to lead our hospitality team in a brand‐new, architecturally designed 68‐bed aged care residence located in the beautiful coastal town of Port Macquarie, NSW. This is a Permanent Full‐Time opportunity.

Responsibilities
6. Lead, motivate, and support a team of Cooks, Kitchen Hands, and Food Service Assistants
7. Prepare high‐quality meals and snacks tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences
8. Ensure the kitchen maintains exceptional hygiene and safety standards
9. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, gathering feedback to continuously enhance the dining experience
10. Manage stock levels and ordering within budget

Qualifications
12. A qualified Chef with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
13. Proven experience leading kitchen operations—aged care experience highly regarded
14. Strong understanding of special dietary requirements and modified meals
15. A genuine passion for creating a warm, home‐like dining experience
16. Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check
17. COVID‐19 vaccination (minimum 1 dose)
18. Candidates must have full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)
