Desktop Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced desktop support engineer to join our team. As a desktop support engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows endpoint support, experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment, and advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues.
* Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
* Ensure System Smooth Operation: Monitor system performance, apply software updates and patches, and perform system backups and recovery.
