An exciting temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and office support to senior leaders within a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, including calendar, meeting, and email management.
* Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
* Organise events, staff functions, and site visits, including catering and logistics.
* Oversee office and facilities coordination, including maintenance, supplies, and site presentation.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees, including induction plans and equipment setup.
* Raise purchase orders, process invoices and expenses, and manage marketing collateral orders.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries.
* Support with document tracking and other admin duties as required.
About You
* Strong administration experience supporting senior managers or operational leaders.
* Confident coordinating across teams and managing competing priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to take initiative.
